Yes! Deveraux Glen is a pet friendly community. There are no weight restrictions when it comes to your furry family members and there are an abundant of walking trails in the area and there are seven parks within a mile of our community. 

Deveraux Glen features 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. With both single and double level options in our 2 bedroom layouts. Every home features stainless steel appliances and abundant cabinetry, as well as pantries in select homes.

You can apply through our property website, from the leisure of your own home. Or you can utilize a computer in our business center to apply the same day as your tour. 

Applicants must demonstrate gross income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Acceptable income documentation may include recent pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, or employment verification. Please contact the leasing office for more information about acceptable documentation and qualification requirements.

Renter’s insurance is required for all residents.

Deveraux Glen does not participate in affordable housing options at this time.

Utilities are not included in the rent, and residents are responsible for all utility charges. Which include water, sewer and garbage. Residents will be billed for both individual metered usage, as well as parking lot surface water such as storm drain and irrigation.

Rent can be paid online through the resident portal or by check or certified funds in the office. Deveraux Glen is partnered with Flex, for customized bi-weekly rent payments as well. Please ask leasing office for more information.

Additional monthly expenses would be add-on items, such as: carport, garage, storage unit, or pet rent.

Security deposit refunds are issued within 30 days of move-out.

Yes! Guest parking is available throughout the community in the uncovered spaces. There is also ample street parking just outside the community.

No, unfortunately there are no EV charging stations at Deveraux Glen.

The community does not feature amenities specific to pets, but we are surrounded by nature and tons of walking trails!

Deveraux Glen features an outdoor seasonal pool and three year-round spas. There is a 24-hr fitness center with plenty of cardio and weight equipment. As well as Echelon digital screens available for on-demand and live classes!

Yes! Each home features either a stackable or side-by-side washer and dryer.

There are bike racks outside near the mailbox areas.

All packages are left at the resident doors directly by carriers. Management des not collect or monitor package deliveries and there are no parcel lockers located onsite. 

Our community features many homes along the first floor without stairs to accommodate ADA needs. While ADA homes are subject to availability.

There are currently no furnished homes available for rent.

Yes! Deveraux Glen hosts resident various events every month, usually catered to seasonality or local area interests. As well as a food truck that vists every Tuesday!

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

We've got you covered! There is an after hours security patrol company just a phone call away to report any disturbances.

Deveraux Glen is completely smoke free, including balconies, amenity spaces and parking lot areas.

Deveraux Glen is located in the West hills, minutes from Downtown Portland. Nestled in a forest-like neighborhood, yet conveniently located minutes from all of life's conveniences. Our location is sure to please, with an abundant selection of casual and fine dining options, freeway access and daily shopping galore.

Deveraux Glen is located in the Beaverton School District: West Tualatin View Elementary, Cedar ark Middle School, and Beaverton High School.

Located along Tri-Met bus lines 48, 62, and 76. As well as Sunset Transit Center located less than half a mile away.

Residents will receive a renewal offer prior to lease expiration. To renew, simply contact the leasing office, and renewal documents will be sent electronically for signature.

A 30-day written notice is required prior to vacating.

Residents must submit written notice and complete a move-out form. A pre-move-out inspection is recommended, and a final inspection will be conducted after the home is vacated and keys are returned.

Subleasing is not permitted.

Early lease termination is subject to a lease break fee and applicable charges. Please contact the leasing office for details.

Maintenance requests can be submitted via your resident portal. There you can add entry notes, pet details and a description of what is needed.

Routine maintenance requests are typically addressed within 24 hours, and emergency maintenance is available 24/7 with immediate response.
